At Codaisseur we have done most of the work since we personally select our juniors to-be on (soft) skills and personality. After their graduation, our juniors have a solid base in frontend and backend and combined with their soft skills, they are very desirable as a developer.

We help our students start an exciting new career as a junior software engineer and we fuel the tech industry by releasing our juniors into the world and help companies grow by training/developing their talent (our students).
